All Care Employment Process

We take career decisions seriously at All Care Health Services. The outline below ensure that we obtain sufficient information on each candidate to make the best career decision possible.

The first step towards employment with All Care Health Services is to review our Job postings on our website.

From there select career and complete our Online Application.

Once completed you will be notified by email that we have successfully received your information. Your application will remain active in our database, and will be accessible by our recruitment.

Background Checks

After completing the online application please read and sign Background Checks authorization form and submit form to Corporate so we can complete the qualification process.

Independent Contractor Agreement

You are also required to read in detail and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement form.

Time Sheet Policy

In addition please review and sign Time Sheet Policy acknowledging your understanding of our procedures pertaining to employee / contractor time.

Mandatory Testing

Each applicant is required to complete the online testing to verify basic knowledge of areas they specialize in.

Initial Screening

Your application, background check, independent contractor agreement, timesheet policy and testing scores will be reviewed by one of our recruiters to determine if your background and qualifications meet our current needs. If additional information is required, a recruiter will contact you. Qualified candidates will be forwarded to hiring managers who will select the candidates to be interviewed.

Interviews

On the day of your interview, you will be greeted by a recruiter for interviews scheduled at our Kissimmee, Florida Corporate Office or by a hiring manager for interviews at one of our field site locations. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our challenging work that make a difference and improve the lives within the community. We encourage you to ask questions that will help you make an informed decision and share your detailed qualifications with the hiring managers.

New Hire Orientation

New Employee Orientation is typically held the first and third Monday of every month. All new employees are encouraged to start on one of these two monthly scheduled orientation dates. However, start dates outside the regularly scheduled orientation sessions will be made on a case by case basis.
